We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper who can provide bookkeeping and administrative support. This position works remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

Maintaining the accounting records for the company using QuickBooks and Xero. Reconciling all accounts as needed.

Performing banking functions as required.

Preparing financial statements and reports.
-
Complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

General administrative office support and file organization.
-
Drive brand awareness and increase market share.
-
Meet with business owner on a regular basis for review and discussion via Zoom.
The areas of responsibility will be increased and adapted to the skill and experience of the candidate.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Skills:

Associate degree or several years of relevant work experience may be substituted.

Experienced with QuickBooks Online and Desktop versions, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat. If you have experience with Xero, Gusto, Google Docs, it's a plus!

Ability to quickly learn other software as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail with the ability to proof own work and the work of others.

Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.
