Ellie is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist at UFIT, specialising in evidence-based nutrition for performance, gut health, and behaviour change. She also delivers breathwork and mindfulness training to support holistic wellbeing and explore connections between nutrition and mental wellbeing.
