ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
CLOSED
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our Kent office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting the CEO and Client Success Manager in managing emails and correspondence.

Scheduling internal and client meetings, maintaining the firm's calendar.

Participating in local in-person and virtual networking events

Maintaining and organizing client records in our database

Creating marketing materials using Canva
-
Assisting with event coordination and office operations
-
Performing additional administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of administrative or customer service role.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Canva, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Google Docs, TaxDome, QuickBooks Online is a plus!

Ability to quickly adapt to new software as needed.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

BOOKKEEPER
We are seeking a Bookkeeper. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and at our Kent office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establishing a chart of accounts for clients' books.
-
Maintaining client's accounting records using QuickBooks Online.
-
Reconciling accounts.
-
Preparing financial statements and reports.
-
Handling B&O and 1099 Tax Filing.
-
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
-
Providing general administrative office support and organizing files.
-
Conducting regular review and discussion meetings with the CEO, both in-person and via Zoom.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent work experience may be substituted.

A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat. If you have experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Wave, Xero, Gusto, and Google Docs, it's a plus!

We are seeking a Tax Advisor who can provide advisory services. The best candidate must possess excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with the client base and fellow employees. This position works remotely as well as in our Kent office.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

Provide advice and answer client's bookkeeping and tax questions.

Review individual and business tax returns for completeness and accuracy.

Review financial statements.

Assist with tax research.

Complete quarterly projections.
-
Complete tax research related to client's situation.
-
Participate in annual tax education events as directed.
-
Actively seeking updated tax knowledge as required.

Maintain client records.
-
Actively participate in quarterly and departmental strategy sessions.

Serves as the initial point of contact with responsibilities to greet, direct, and assist clients with any service-related issues as well as resolve issues and problems. Builds positive relationships with peers, business partners, and community members while working effectively with others to accomplish firm's goals.
