GOT A LETTER OR NOTICE FROM THE IRS OR STATE?
STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION
STEP 2: CLIENT DATA COLLECTION
Returning Client: You will receive an engagement letter in December. After the engagement letter is signed, you will receive a tax organizer to help you gather your tax documents.
STEP 3: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS
Submit your tax documents via the portal and notify us via email or message when you’ve uploaded all of your tax documents to the portal.
**We offer expedited services for an additional fee.**
STEP 4: READY FOR PREPARATION
You are placed in the queue for tax preparation.
We prepare your tax return in the order received.
Submit your payment.
Review your tax returns in the client portal.
STEP 5: READY TO FILE
Sign the e-file authorization form (if eligible). Email address required for both taxpayer and spouse.
Ready to be filed.
MAKE YOUR PAYMENT TO THE IRS
Select Balance Due
Income Tax Form
Select the Year
Pay your quarterly estimated tax payments
Select Estimated Tax
*Important Note: Make sure to apply the payment to the taxpayer's SSN# listed on the tax return, not the spouse when filing a married filing joint return.*
CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR REFUND OR MAKE PAYMENTS TO YOUR STATE
