Service Description
We offer a 15-minute initial phone consultation for new prospects. This initial phone consultation is to get to know you and your tax needs. Do you need representation? Did you receive an IRS or State notice? Are you getting audit by IRS or State? Do you owe taxes to the IRS? Are you struggling to pay your taxes to the IRS? Do you need help filing your multiple prior year tax returns? If you answer yes to one or more of the above questions, one of our team members will gladly assist you. We have the right to represent taxpayers before the IRS in audits, collections and appeals. We will call you on the day of the scheduled appointment. An email will be sent to you after the consultation. Disclaimer: Limit one per new client only.
Cancellation Policy
We ask you to give us a 24 hour notice for any scheduling changes. If you are unable to provide us with the appropriate notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. You will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments in our firm. All payments for services are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for partial services will be refunded to a client upon cancellation.
