Are you accepting new clients?
We currently have a waitlist for tax preparation clients, and we won't be able to accept new clients until October 16, 2023. Join our waitlist here.

At our firm, we prioritize work-life balance. Our founder is committed to ensuring our employees don't work more than 40 hours per week, unlike many tax firms.
We're not a high-volume tax return factory; instead, we focus on building lasting relationships with clients who appreciate our expertise and respect our time. We are a boutique firm dedicated to providing high-quality services to our valued clients.
Do you provide services out of state?
Yes, we can serve clients in all 50 states.
Do you meet clients virtually or in-person?
We mostly meet clients virtually via Zoom and exchange documents via secure client portal. We can meet clients in-person by appointment at the Kent Chamber of Commerce.
How much do you charge?
We are not a typical tax firm as we don't charge based on forms. We charge based on the value we can provide to you. Occasionally, we charge based on time for services.
Do you provide tax savings strategies?
Yes, we research tax planning strategies and help you implement them to minimize your taxes. We also provide tax return reviews for missed opportunities and amendments. Please visit our Tax Planning page for more information here.​
Do you provide tax preparation services?
Yes, we provide stand-alone individual tax preparation services to a limited number of clients per year.
Otherwise, we provide tax preparation services to our business, coaching, tax planning, and/or tax representation clients.

Do you provide bookkeeping services?
Yes, we provide bookkeeping services. We offer quarterly and monthly packages. We can also customize business packages for you.
What services do you not provide?
We do not provide payroll, legal, insurance, or financial planning services. We are happy to refer you to our partners.
We do not provide ongoing payroll services, however, we can assist with payroll set-up and support. We also provide payroll audit representation services. If you are selected for an audit and you need representation, please schedule Got Tax Problems here.
Do you offer mentorship to bookkeepers, tax professionals, EAs, or CPAs?

Are you open year-round?
Yes, we are open year-round for your tax and business needs.
Do you prepare international taxes?
No, we do not. We are happy to refer you.
If I receive a notice or an audit from the IRS or State, do you offer tax representation services?
Yes, you can hire us to represent you on behalf of the IRS or State in audits, collections, and appeals. We also offer an audit protection plan to clients who opt-in. To inquire about our representation services, book your complimentary phone consultation here.
How many tax preparation clients do you serve per year?
We are a boutique tax firm with a focus on providing high-quality services to our clients. We accept a limited number of individual clients per year. We offer full-service packages to business clients.
Do you help aspiring entrepreneurs?
Yes, we are passionate about helping aspiring entrepreneurs get on the right track. We recommend signing up for the Business in a Box Series Workshops or the CEO Community
What are the differences between a bookkeeper vs TaxUSign's bookkeepers?
We are Certified in QuickBooks Online, Freshbooks, and Xero. We have the ability to provide educational training in a variety of accounting software.

We can answer questions your bookkeeper can't because we have experience in taxes too.
What is your cancellation policy for scheduling phone and Zoom meetings?
We ask you to give us a 24 hour notice for any scheduling changes. If you are unable to provide us with the appropriate notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. You will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments in our firm.
