This Academy Program is suitable for a diverse group of professionals, including beginners, experienced bookkeepers, tax professionals, EAs, or CPAs. Whether you are just starting in the industry or have been working in the field for years, you can benefit from this program and take your skills and knowledge to the next level.

The weekly educational training Zoom sessions are 90 minutes in length and take place each Wednesday.

The weekly coaching Zoom sessions are 60 minutes on every Thursday. 

It starts at 6pm PST.

All the live educational training sessions are recorded and stored in our online course platform, where you can access past training sessions at any time.

To ensure authenticity and create a comfortable learning environment for the students to apply the materials, the coaching sessions are not recorded. 

The focus of this Academy Program is not preparing students to pass the SEE or CPA exam. Instead, it is designed to provide students with practical skills and knowledge that they can use to start or grow a virtual firm, market their services effectively, price and package their service, and onboard clients successfully.

Additionally, the program will provide students with training on how to assist small business clients with bookkeeping and taxes. While the program covers some bookkeeping and tax concepts, its primary aim is to equip participants with the business skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as virtual firm owners.

We open enrollment once per year. For 2023, we have 1 enrollment option with the start date of August 2nd. If you’ve missed the enrollment date, you can apply to join our waitlist for the next enrollment period.

Once you complete the Academy Program, you will have the opportunity to get alumni status and enroll in a free 1-month trial of the Mentorship Program. 

The Mentorship Program is a monthly membership group where bookkeepers and tax professionals can ask questions and receive support from Lily, her team, and subject matter experts.

Graduates of the Academy Program are eligible for a monthly discount in the Mentorship Program after the free 1-month trial period ends. 

We do not provide a refund for the Academy Program as it involves the shipment of physical products. This policy has been put in place due to the costs associated with the production and shipping of these materials.
